Two rooms at the Orchard Centre are available for hire – perhaps best suited for training events or visits associated with the orchards or wetlands.
- The Green Room – an outbuilding that overlooks the orchard. Seats 15-20. Coffee making facilities. Toilets in a separate area. It is very suitable for wildlife events and adjoins the open shed, so provides a weatherproof location! It has a concrete floor, barn-style doors and windows that overlook the orchard.
- The Lullam Room in the main block. Seats 30. This is a ‘working’ room with large stainless steel sinks and tables along one wall and vinyl flooring. Coffee making facilities in a separate room. Toilets, including disabled. Please note: there is a step between the toilets and the hall – a ramp connecting is available – please ask when booking

- Green Room: £18 Hourly rate, £145 Daily rate
- Lullam Room: £22 Hourly rate, £170 Daily rate
- Both Rooms: £37 Hourly rate, £240 Daily rate
