2025 – list of varieties under fermentation

So .. 2025 certainly was a bumper year for perry. Some of the bi-annuals will stay asleep until next year, and some varieties, although heavy cropping, were small and poor in juice quality. With the help of our volunteer friends (piners!) we managed a record 34 Single Varieties listed below. Volumes range from 10-620L per variety. More to follow on how they’re doing, and my top 5!
